Overview:
IBEX Roof is a Vancouver, WA based roofing company serving the Portland, OR greater metro area. We are seeking experienced sales reps that are looking to exceed their income goals and grow with us. IBEX has an amazing reputation in the community, fair pricing, and has the best warranties in the industry. 60% of the leads our sales reps run are repeat customers and people that have been referred to us. That isn't a typo, 60%!
We are also offering $250 a day for your first 2 weeks!
Company vehicle after a 4 week trial. with paid for gas and maintenance (This is very rare for an outside salesman)
Position: Residential Roof Estimator (You do not need to know anything about roofs or how to measure a roof. We want you to focus on selling and our measuring system/training will do the rest)
Salary: Paid Training ($250/day for 2 weeks), $20k base salary + Commission after 2 weeks
Commission: 100% paid once the job is sold (you're not waiting months to get paid)
Location: Travel over entire PDX metro area, check into Ridgefield office several times per week

How it works:
- Our office will set appointments for you. They will be qualified leads making sure you aren't wasting you time with people that don't have a need.
- You inspect the project (we will show you what to look for), build rapport, and give them some options they actually want and need.
- You give them an estimate, then follow our proven system to close the customer.
- We install the roof within weeks and WOW the customer.
- You ask for referrals and reviews.

- Be insanely timely, communicate if you are going to be behind.
- Learn about roofing- become an expert. (we will help)
- Treat everyone with respect- We value our customers
- Do what you say you are going to do- internally and externally.
- Enter all data, keep track of leads and lead status.
- Never lie, cheat, or steal. Ever. Even to make a sale.
Requirements:
Not afraid of heights
Valid driver's license- with acceptable driving record
Pass criminal background check
2+ years proven sales experience with verifiable results
